- Is it really free for up to 10 users?
- Yes. No credit card required, no time limit. Your first 10 users are free forever. You only pay when you add user 11 and beyond.
- What happens when I go over 10 users?
- You're billed $3 per user per month for every user beyond 10. So 25 users = $45/month (15 paid users × $3). The first 10 are always free.
- Are any features locked behind the Enterprise plan?
- No HR features are locked behind Enterprise. Every leave, review, feedback, survey, salary, and analytics feature is available on Standard. Enterprise adds infrastructure capabilities (global multi-region replication, dedicated cell, bring your own domain) and a higher support tier (priority, phone, 24/7) — not additional HR features.
- Can I choose where my data is stored?
- Yes. On the Standard plan you choose one region during signup — your data stays exclusively in that region. Enterprise customers can replicate across all 10 regions globally for redundancy and low-latency access.
- What kind of support do I get?
- Standard plan includes email support. Enterprise adds phone support and a dedicated account manager with guaranteed response times.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can export your data at any time.
